I've been coming here quite a bit, and, although I want to make clear that a few employees are quite nice, there are some awful ones. They wait until you are well away from your truck to tell you not to park there, even if you are handicapped, and even if you are in a space designated for parking. They will hang up your pump on you, ending your order, citing some rule that no other gas station in my decades of driving have ever exercised. Then they will give you trouble if you need a receipt, even though it is their fault you need to go in for one. All this was relayed in snappy tones and nasty smirks, no 'please' or 'thank you'. I don't often write bad reviews, but the old ladies responsible for the multiple bad experiences on multiple visits need some kind of discipline. I have always liked Irving in general, but I think I will take my business to the friendlier place up the street.
